​3. Payment & Refund Policy

• ​Advance Payments: All projects, consultations, and registration services require a stipulated advance payment before the commencement of work, as agreed upon in the official quotation.

• ​Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the time, labor, and digital nature of our deliverables, all payments made to iNLAAN DiGiTAL are strictly non-refundable. This includes payments for web setups, design assets, marketing campaigns, and registration fees.

​4. Project Timelines, Revisions & Client Responsibilities

• ​Timely Delivery: We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, timelines are highly dependent on the client providing necessary assets, content, and approvals on time.

• ​Revisions: We offer a specific number of revisions for design and development projects as outlined in your individual contract. Our design philosophy focuses on clean, professional, and minimalist outputs. Requests for excessive or complex changes outside the initial project scope will be billed additionally.

​5. Third-Party Platforms & Registrations

• ​Services involving third-party platforms (such as Google Business Registration, Udyam Registration, domain/hosting providers, or advertising networks) are subject to the respective platform's own rules, approval processes, and algorithms.

• ​iNLAAN DiGiTAL guarantees the professional execution and submission of these registrations but cannot guarantee immediate approvals or specific ranking results, as these are solely controlled by the respective third-party authorities.

​6. Intellectual Property Rights

All design assets, source code, branding materials, and digital content created by iNLAAN DiGiTAL remain the intellectual property of our agency until the final payment is cleared. Upon full payment, the final approved designs and deliverables are transferred to the client. iNLAAN DiGiTAL reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
